Griffins "All-Props" unlucky against team of Fijian Marvel Comic Book characters

By Master Griffin | 11 March 2017

The Griffins were strong against the team of Fijian Marvel comic book characters going down only 47-0 in game one of the Dubbo 7s.

The central west rugby union judiciary system is investigating the legality of being able to use super powers to fly over the top of the Griffins defensive line which may see the result overturned, but to no avail.

"We're happy enough for the Fijian team to use their mutant ability to freeze Griffins players with only their eyes, as there is no contradiction in the by-laws" said one official.

Griffins outside centre Linden Green was close in scoring range until one Fijian, who was sitting on the goal post, entangled Green in a spiders web he shot from his wrist.

"Would like that little bastard to try that if I had my work gear", said Green in a post game interview.

The Fijian team failed to comment anything legible. We will be following this story closely.
